What is the Kiterocket Lounge?
The Kiterocket Lounge is an exclusive pop-up space to conduct business in a comfortable, sophisticated setting off the busy show floor. Located directly across the street from the Phoenix Convention Center, the indoor-outdoor venue offers a relaxed yet professional atmosphere where sponsors and their guests can meet, recharge, relax, network and maximize their time in Phoenix.
The Kiterocket Lounge was a long-time staple at Intersolar, and we are now bringing the premium experience to CLEANPOWER 2025.
What does the Lounge entail?
In the private lounge, sponsors can take advantage of turnkey branded spaces, private meeting areas, social mingling spots, secure Wi-Fi and charging stations galore to effortlessly host important business and sales meetings, customer catch ups, media briefings, special events, and touchdown workspaces in a welcoming environment. Throughout each day and into the evening, attendees can stay powered up with top-tier hospitality, including gourmet breakfast and lunch buffets, coffee carts, refreshments and a hosted bar. Guests will also enjoy special programming, including an industry cocktail party and insightful panel presentation.
Do I need to be a CLEANPOWER exhibitor to be a Lounge sponsor?
Nope! The Kiterocket Lounge is not affiliated with CLEANPOWER, though is hosted in conjunction with the show in a convenient location just steps from the Convention Center main entrance. This enables both show exhibitors and non-exhibitors to take advantage of the space and tap into the renewable energy business audience as they gather in beautiful Phoenix.
The Kiterocket Lounge is only open to lounge sponsors and their guests, creating a more intimate, private setting. As the most important business often happens off the show floor in hospitality suites, hotel rooms, and restaurants, the Kiterocket Lounge uplevels this approach by crafting an unparalleled hospitality experience that maximizes your time at the show.
What is the Lounge programming?
The Kiterocket Lounge is open May 20-21, 2025, from morning to late afternoon to coincide with show floor hours. Day one will feature a prominent afternoon panel discussion—which select sponsors can also take part in—focused on the expanding data center market and the clean energy solutions driving its growth, including commentary from key industry leaders sharing perspectives on meeting rising energy demands responsibly. As the sun sets on day two, the Lounge will transform into an exclusive industry cocktail and networking party hosting a few hundred people, with sponsors in the mix and on display.
Some sponsorship levels also provide brands the opportunity to host their own private small events within the lounge, from press conferences, to sales presentations, panels, customer entertainment and more.
How much are sponsorships and what do they entail?
Sponsorship tiers begin at $2,000 for the duration of the Lounge, and all sponsorships include the below.
- Full catering includes breakfast, lunch, snacks and refreshments all three days
- Access to seating areas and meeting tables
- A staffed reception desk, hospitality host and waitstaff
- Secure wireless internet access for you and your guests
- Mobile charging stations on every table
